After Cerro Maggiore and Legnano, Pasticceria Asperti brings its art and taste to Parabiago as well. Three locations, one distinctive brand: attention to detail and the use of selected raw materials for the creation of pastries, gelato, pralines, and the art of coffee.
CONCEPT
“After carefully listening to the needs and desires of the property, the project for a place with an industrial flavor was born. Cold-toned colors and technical materials serve as a backdrop to the creations of Pasticceria Asperti. The architecture of the place is studied in the smallest details: plasterboard beams frame the space, while the air system and lighting fixtures are deliberately exposed, emphasizing the industrial atmosphere. Iron wall units, the cement gray counter front, and the black velvet of the bench complete the mood of the place.
The design of the bar counter is the focal point of the environment, with decomposed geometric figures fitting into the space like monoliths. A continuous mid-height light cut runs along the entire length of the counter, making the structure light despite its significant size; inside it, in perfect harmony, are the Ifi solutions that preserve and display Asperti's creations like jewels. In addition to pastry and praline specialties, the Parabiago location is equipped to offer a unique experience in the art of coffee selected from the best blends.
To balance the rigid and square surfaces, we chose the upholstered solutions from Et al. seats, stools, and multiple seating systems that “soften” the environment and welcome customers for pleasant daily breaks. Attention to people is also found in the choice of the sound-absorbing false ceiling to make the stay in the place more pleasant, especially during peak hours”.
