In the heart of Rossano, Sesto Senso undergoes a transformation with a restyling that seamlessly blends tradition and modernity. An elegant yet functional space, designed to enhance artisanal creations and offer a welcoming experience at any time of the day.
CONCEPT
After a meticulous and well-thought-out restyling, the venue takes on a new identity while preserving its original soul.
The goal of the project was clear: to refresh the aesthetic identity of the space in a functional way, introducing a more modern and essential touch without losing the warmth and familiarity that have always defined it. The transformation was carried out with respect for existing structural elements, such as the flooring and some wall coverings, integrating them harmoniously into the new concept.
A refined, elegant, and tactile design.
This intervention has created an environment where the purity of design meets the tactile essence of materials. At the heart of it all are Sesto Senso’s pastry creations, displayed like jewels within Delice drop-in showcases that enhance both visibility and service efficiency. These sophisticated display cases are set in a space that plays with striking contrasts: the depth of dark wood is balanced by the luminous Dekton Laurent white and the natural warmth of oak. Meanwhile, the artisanal gelato finds a new home in the open-view Panorama® pozzetti.
A new breakfast concept.
With this restyling, the breakfast service takes center stage, expanding its offerings. To meet this need, the back counter has been designed at a single height, ensuring greater ease of use and workflow fluidity. Completing the setup is a custom-made tubular structure with a gold finish: a light yet striking element, meticulously designed to display and store products with order and elegance, without weighing down the overall ambiance.
Atmosphere and details that make the difference.
Every detail contributes to shaping the character of the space: the ceiling, the wall finishes, and the wallpaper create an enveloping atmosphere, further enhanced by carefully studied lighting that highlights forms and materials. The result is a refined, functional, and harmonious environment, where guests can enjoy a multisensory experience of taste and renewed beauty.
