Ifi at Sirha Lyon 2023
It was a real pleasure to meet you and present the new Ifi solutions for the design, display and storage of gelato and pastry products.
Ifi's absolute novelty at Sirha 2023 was MyPick, the innovative refrigerated locker ready to revolutionise the world of gelato, pastry and the entire food sector.
The stand also showcased Ifi's various technological solutions for food preservation and display, such as the Lilium display case, the Delice drop-in and the best-sellers Pivot, the refrigerated vertical display case for Gelato, Pastry and Pralines, Colonna, the display case for Pastry and Pralines in total black version and the Milia display case for Gelato and Pastry.
