Ifi signs the Caffè Italia furnishing project

Inaugurates the new educational space of ALMA

A space within the Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana designed to combine a meeting place with an educational dimension. An innovative environment both in terms of concept and technologies, entirely designed by Ifi.
The mood of the Caffè Italia perfectly integrates into the prestigious venue where it is located, the historic Reggia di Colorno. The classic lines of the bar counter and the aesthetic nuances recall the style of the external facade of the location, harmonizing it with cutting-edge technology, such as Panorama by Ifi.

The aesthetics marry functionality and attention to people, with the serving area easily accessible even for the disabled and the operational area equipped with lead-free mixers, now a standard for Ifi to ensure the well-being of people.

Thus commented Gianfranco Tonti, president of Ifi, at the inauguration of Caffè Italia: “I welcome with enthusiasm this important moment within the collaboration between ALMA and Ifi. The common path we have undertaken promises to be very stimulating, with the goal of pooling complementary experiences and networks to promote food at its highest expression worldwide. Since culture and innovation are values we share, I believe that multidisciplinary training represents a concrete added value for the benefit of the future protagonists of food, in the name of an evolved Italian identity, capable of setting an example worldwide”.

At the ribbon-cutting ceremony, the two presidents: the president of ALMA, Enzo Malanca, and the president of Ifi S.p.A., Gianfranco Tonti, together with the general manager of Ifi, Riccardo Quattrini.
