Atelier del Dolce

On 20 and 21 June, the first edition of “Atelier del Dolce”, the exhibition-event organised in collaboration with our Ifi Design Centre Delite, was successfully held in its beautiful showroom in Reggio Emilia, Loc. Roncadella (Italy).

Two days dedicated to the art of Pastry and Bakery. With the creations of the best pastry chefs from Emilia displayed in the Ifi display cases: Colonna, Pivot, Lilium and Sam80. Together with the very interesting demos by master pastry chef Andrea Strabba Tamagnini accompanied the public to discover innovative production and decoration techniques.
